He is expert in environmental laws. As Secretary and Director at the Commission for Air Quality Management under (MoEFCC), He played a pivotal role in formulating policies and shaping and implementing strategies for cleaner air in Delhi NCR.
Under Urban development Mission in Government of India he was assigned works related to policy making, sanctioning of projects and monitoring worth thousands of Crores, in SWM, water supply, sewerage and drainage, Municipal eGovernnace sectors.
His career spans leadership in national urban development Mission, global exposure to smart cities and urban governance in the Netherlands, Spain, Singapore, and Malaysia, and knowledge on nitrogen management through the deliberations of South Asian Nitrogen Hub at Male in 2022.
He now leverages this experience to drive innovation and sustainability in the green hydrogen sector, contributing to the clean energy transition. He was instrumental in greening and plantation efforts for air pollution mitigation during 2022-25 when 80 Million+ plantations were done in Delhi NCR.

His foundation in Civil Engineering (B.Tech) combined with advanced specialization in Environmental Engineering (M.Tech) allows him to approach industrial pollution control from a deeply structural and scientific perspective.
